The revised plan proposes a hotel of 119 rooms, four stories and 56 feet in height, lowered from the prior 120 rooms, five floors and 60 to 67 feet. Old Canton will remain open.  According to the applicant, the property will be a Curio Collection by Hilton or a Hotel Indigo by IHG.
