The city of Alpharetta has received plans that, if approved, would bring a boutique hotel to Milton Avenue in downtown. According to plans submitted by Mayfair Street Partners, The Cotton House Hotel would be situated on about .9 acres on the north side of Milton Avenue at Old Canton Street.
